This pull-apart pizza bread is a fun, crowd-pleasing appetizer. You assemble simple ingredients, bake until golden, and serve warm for easy sharing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan or a 9-inch round baking pan.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough. Cut the dough into 1-inch squares.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the dough squares with the pizza sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Add the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese to the bowl and gently toss to distribute.
  5. Place the coated dough pieces into the prepared pan, piling them loosely in the center.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic together. Pour this garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough in the pan.
  7. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the top.
  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let it cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before inverting it onto a serving plate.
  10. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

  • You can add small pepperoni pieces or cooked crumbled sausage for extra flavor.
  • For a sharper cheese flavor, substitute some of the mozzarella with provolone.
  • If you do not have a bundt pan, a loaf pan or a regular 9×9 inch baking dish works well; adjust baking time slightly if needed.
