Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/2 cup caramel sauce, store-bought or homemade
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Dippers: graham crackers, apple slices, pretzels
Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until fully combined and creamy.
Pour in the heavy cream and beat on medium speed until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto a shallow serving plate or pie dish.
In a separate small bowl, combine the toasted chopped pecans, caramel sauce, and maple syrup. Stir well.
Spoon the pecan topping evenly over the cream cheese base. If using, sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top.
Chill the dip for at least 1 hour before serving to allow it to firm up.
Serve cold with graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels for dipping.
Notes
Toast your pecans lightly in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes before chopping for better flavor.
You can make this dip up to one day ahead; cover and refrigerate.
For a Gluten Free Option, serve only with apple slices or gluten-free crackers.
