Make this simple, no-bake Oreo pie using a few ingredients for a creamy, chilled chocolate dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies, divided
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk

Instructions

  1. Crush 24 Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Reserve the remaining cookies for topping.
  2. Mix the Oreo crumbs with the melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Place the crust in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk together until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
  5. Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated and smooth.
  7. Pour the filling into the chilled Oreo crust. Spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  9. Before serving, crush the remaining reserved Oreo cookies and sprinkle them over the top of the pie.

Notes

  • For a firmer crust, chill it for 15 minutes before adding the filling.
  • You can substitute vanilla pudding mix for chocolate pudding mix for a cookies and cream variation.
  • Use a store-bought graham cracker crust if you prefer not to make a homemade Oreo crust.
