- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Combine olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, rosemary, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
- Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 8 hours for best flavor. Do not marinate longer than 12 hours.
- Remove pork chops from the marinade and discard the remaining liquid. Pat the chops dry before cooking.
- Cook using your preferred method (grill or oven) until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
Notes
- For a citrus variation, substitute 1 tablespoon of the apple cider vinegar with fresh lemon juice.
- If you prefer a sweeter flavor, add 1 tablespoon of honey to the marinade mixture.
- Always discard the used marinade; do not reuse it for basting or as a sauce.
