- 2 oz Raspberry Syrup (or puree)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Syrup
- 8 oz Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 cup Ice cubes
- Fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)
- Fill a tall glass completely with ice cubes.
- Measure and pour the raspberry syrup into the bottom of the glass.
- Add the vanilla extract or syrup over the syrup layer.
- Pour the milk over the ice and syrup layers.
- Slowly pour the chai concentrate over the top of the milk layer to create a layered effect.
- Serve immediately with a straw. Gently stir before drinking to combine flavors.
Notes
- For a homemade raspberry syrup, simmer 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar until thick, then strain.
- Use oat milk or almond milk for a non-dairy version.
- If you prefer a fully mixed drink, combine all liquid ingredients and ice in a shaker and shake well before pouring into the serving glass.
- For extra flavor, use a vanilla bean pod scraped into the milk while chilling.
