Make this creamy, cheesy, and slightly spicy baked jalapeño popper dip for your next gathering. It is a simple crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped pickled jalapeño peppers, drained
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease an 8-inch pie plate or small oven-safe dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the drained chopped jalapeño peppers and the crumbled bacon, if you are using it.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the top evenly with the grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is hot throughout and the top is lightly golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes

  • Serve this dip hot with tortilla chips, sturdy crackers, or vegetable sticks.
  • For a lower-carb option, skip the crackers and serve with celery sticks or bell pepper strips.
  • If you prefer fresh jalapeños, remove the seeds and membranes before chopping for less heat.
