Make a simple, creamy spread that replicates the signature flavor of classic fast-food burger sauces using common pantry ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Measure all ingredients into a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until the sauce is completely smooth and uniform in color.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to blend.
  4. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed.

Notes

  • For a slightly tangier sauce, increase the white vinegar by 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • You can substitute finely minced dill pickle for the sweet pickle relish if you prefer less sweetness.
