Create a festive and easy No-Bake Christmas Tree Cheesecake using beloved Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes for a nostalgic holiday dessert. This recipe combines a simple crust with a creamy filling, topped with the iconic cakes for a show-stopping centerpiece.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or Oreo crumbs)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package (10.5 oz) Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
  • Optional decorations: Green frosting, holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Make the filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Assemble the cheesecake: Place a layer of Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes over the chilled crust. You may need to trim or cut some cakes to fit the circular base.
  5. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the layer of cakes.
  6. Cover the pan tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, until the cheesecake is firm.
  7. Before serving, carefully remove the springform ring. Decorate the top to resemble a Christmas tree using green frosting piped as branches or by placing more whole or halved Little Debbie cakes artfully on top. Add sprinkles for extra flair.

Notes

  • For a stronger chocolate flavor, substitute Oreo crumbs for graham cracker crumbs in the crust.
  • If you cannot find Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, you can use vanilla wafers or shortbread cookies for the base layer and decorate the top with green-tinted cream cheese frosting shaped like a tree.
  • This recipe works best when the cream cheese is truly at room temperature to avoid lumps in the filling.
