Ingredients
Scale
1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
4 large flour tortillas (burrito size recommended)
1 teaspoon olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Lay one tortilla flat. Spoon one-fourth of the filling mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then tightly roll the bottom edge up over the filling to create a sealed wrap. Repeat with the remaining filling and tortillas.
Lightly brush the exterior of each assembled wrap with olive oil or spray with cooking spray. This helps achieve crispiness.
Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap. You may need to cook in batches.
Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until the exterior is golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool for one minute before slicing in half and serving.
Notes
Use thick, burrito-sized flour tortillas for the best results; they hold up better to the filling and crisping process.
For extra crispiness, you can lightly press the seam of the wrap closed with a fork before oiling and air frying.
If your chicken is not pre-cooked, cook it first, shred it, and then proceed with the recipe.
